Sometimes, in this day and age, surrounded by unprecedented access to all the frightening, stressful, and overwhelming things that are currently occurring or have ever occurred, life can just feel like too much.
But the good news is that you’re not alone! Dialectical Behavioral Therapy was created for people with highly sensitive emotions to learn skills we need to build a life that isn’t a struggle to find worth living.
This group will be a 24 week closed program exploring the four main concepts of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, or DBT. We will work through each concept with active exercises and methods you will practice and utilize to improve your internal and external coping mechanisms. Improve your understanding of yourself as well as your ability to communicate with those around you; there’s no better time to take the steps you need to find peace and happiness!
